Villa Adasa is an exclusive 3 bedrooms villa in Seminyak securely set in the exclusive Laksmana Villa complex. It is conveniently situated within walking distance to Seminyak beach beaches. It enjoys a short walk to the popular La Lucciola, Potato Head, Ku De Ta and some vibrant shops and boutiques.
The villa features modern architecture, well combined with local material and traditional style. It beautifully applies alang-alang (thatch) and ironwood shingle roofs, as well as palimanan stone walls. It is beautifully enriched with details of art pieces and ornaments. Guest are provided with modern amenities including modern entertainment facility such as Sonos sound system accessible throughout the villa and a large-screen HD TV.
The villa features inter-connected buildings arranged in a U shape encircles the villa’s private pool. It is accessible from the stylish teak wood entrance doors. The two-storey bedroom wing houses two guest bedrooms facing the garden and the spacious master bedrooms situated on upper floor. To the right is the large open-sided living and dining pavilion, overlooking across the pool to the large bale. Further, the modern kitchen and staff quarters is situated in another wing with a flat-roofed building.
This stunning villa in Seminyak has plenty spaces to relax and spend time together. Enjoy a relaxing day at the huge living pavilion, or the double bale for a massage by the 14-metre green-stone-tiled pool. Further, the upper deck is perfect for some sunbathing or yoga. And the second level master bedroom offers nice sunset cocktail.
The master bedroom, situated upstairs is fitted with a king-size bed dressed with luxury linen sits on a floor of polished teak wood. This room also has a study area with a wall of wardrobes, a reading corner and TV and DVD player. Across to it, is the bathroom fitted bathtub, walk-in shower. It also come with a private terrace runs the full length of the suite with a built-in daybed, perfect sunset spot.
The two guest bedrooms on the ground floor look out over the pool. It covered with sliding glass doors opening onto the lawn. Both bedrooms comes with a king-size bed that can be converted to twins. Each has a dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space, en suite garden bathroom.
